RE: #0054 Resubmission of IETF publication of UDDI URL scheme

An update on Action #54.

Apparently there's a submission window
for requesting a file name for IETF drafts before each IETF meeting and
this one ended before I sent the document.  It looks like I need to
resubmit again on August 2nd.
