Change request - altering/clarifying behavior of fromKey and toKey in results

I’ve attached a change request regarding the meanings
of fromKey and toKey in the sharedRelationships structure returned by find_relatedBusiness. 
I wanted to get this CR submitted before the end of the FTF, but we can also
discuss it on the next conference call.
