Meeting postponed - RE: [uddi-spec] IPR Mode Selection

I haven't heard from a sufficient set of voting members and 
from those that I heard, they were not yet in a position to respond relating to 
the selection of the RF mode. Given that the selection of RF mode is standing in 
the way of making progress on 3 TNs (given the need/desire to adopt a policy 
framework - ws-policy being under consideration) - we've decided to postpone the 
meeting. To avoid creating scheduling conflicts, we'll reconvene on the 
regularly scheduled meeting of 26 July.

unacceptable?
