telecon to select an IPR mode and make a decision relating to the adoption 
of WS-Policy/PolicyAttachment as the framework for policy 
expression.

rights by the time of the 26 July telecon and thus can be included on the 
vote.

On Tuesday I’d like for the TC to 
1) select its IPR mode, and 2) make a decision relating to the adoption of 
WS-Policy/PolicyAttachment as the framework for policy expression. 

 

We need quorum of voting members 
(those on the to: list) for this and thus I would like to get confirmation from 
each of you of your availability on Tuesday. If we do not have quorum we’ll push 
out the meeting.
