  approve the "Understanding Key Partitions" TN. I've made the changes requested 
  clarifying the use of keys with taxonomy. The attached markup document 
  identifies the changes made

  
I think it 
  is time that we declare success (after we complete the ws-addr TN). Bottom 
  line - we have completed our work and have demonstrated interoperability - 
  what else can be said, we're done. In light of this, discuss the suspension of 
  TC activities for 6 months after which we will consider a shut down of 
  the TC.
