Sample UIML HCI

Hello all,

As was discussed in the last OASIS meeting, attached is a simple sample HCI, coded in UIML, to be reconstructed in DISL and USIXML.  This example can be rendered by Harmonia's Java Renderer and presents a one-button interface that keeps track of the number of times a button is clicked.  It calls a method in Counter1 to retrieve and store the number of clicks.

Hopefully this can be used as a point of comparison for the basic expression capability of each language.  For March, we can look at some more complicated examples.
