Your TC GitHub version control instance is now available

Members of the VEL TC, 

As requested in https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-3613, we have set up a TC GitHub that you can use for your work. You can access the repository at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/vel. A link has also been added to your TC homepage. 

Note that this is a TC resource and as such is subject to the same conditions as all other work in the TC. In particular, this means that anyone making a material contribution to the repository is expected to be a Member of the TC.
