Your 15 day public review for VIRTIO V1.0 has been announced. The review ends on 28 July 2014. This public review includes the HTML file with embedded [comment?] to facilitate receiving comments. Your request ticket included additional parties to notify: "Andrew Thornton" , "Arun Subbarao" , "Fam Zheng" , "Gerd Hoffmann" , "Laura Novich" , "Thomas Huth" , "Yan Vugenfirer”. However it provided no email addresses. If you will provide me with those, I will bcc the announcement to them.
In addition to emails to the OASIS members, I have posted this to the OASIS web site ( https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/15-day-public-review-for-virtual-i-o-device-virtio-v1-0-ends-july-28th ), the OASIS LinkedIn group, FaceBook group and Twitter. Please feel free to like/share/retweet these as you wish to more broadly get out the news.
Also, please keep in mind the OASIS requirements for handling comments [1]. Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to the TC's comment list   . The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to monitor comments. All submitted comments must be acknowledged by the TC. In addition, the TC needs to maintain a log of comments received and their resolutions. The comment resolution log will need to be available when you begin your next public review. A simple comment resolution log template is available in OpenDocument [2] and Office [3] format.
