Don't worry about it. We take your working draft, put our own cover pages on it and then generate HTML and PDF to go with the editable source. We'll fix the dates as part of that process.

I noticed a minor thing:
in the zip file I uploaded,
files REVISION and REVISION-DATE should be updated so that people regenerate the pdf and html versions with correct info.
