CORRECTION: 15-day Public Review for Virtual I/O Device (VIRTIO) Version 1.0 - ends January 26th
Hi Chet, I noticed that the latest versions:  http://docs.oasis-open.org/virtio/virtio/v1.0/virtio-v1.0.html
http://docs.oasis-open.org/virtio/virtio/v1.0/virtio-v1.0.pdf  Have been replaced with the csprd05 version as well.  This seems to confuse people: they arrive at the latest version link, see that it's a draft, and assume that no final deliverable has been created yet.
