Additional background for the Call to Vote on TOSCA COS01

OASIS members,
The following is additional information regarding Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) and the OASIS membership vote that you may find helpful.
- The Call to Vote indicated that the TOSCA received five Statements of Use from Axway, Huawei, IBM, the University of Stuttgart and Vnomic. In addition to the above, the CS also received a Statement of Use from HP. See  https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tosca/email/archives/201305/msg00047.html
