TAB Ballot reissued

Voters-
the TAB ballot opened on 1 June had a configuration problem that only allowed one vote to be cast, instead of the appropriate option of up to 3 votes.  That ballot was closed today and replaced with a correctly configured ballot.
All voters who cast their vote on the original ballot are being notified separately and will have the option to vote again on the new ballot.  If they do not vote again, their original vote will be transferred to the new ballot by admin proxy.
Thank you to Andreas Moravec for being the first person to point out the configuration error.
