RE: BRSP meeting, links to profile packages

I would like to clarify that the test assertion xml files include a reference to the stylesheet, included in the package, which
renders the HTML file included.   The html file is the direct ouput of the stylsheet acting on the xml file for the test assertions.

The previously discussed issues were settled in these (conformance claims remain “general” as before, not reflecting specific conformance clauses).
Tom also included an HTML rendering of the test assertions files – does not have to be part of the final CSD packages.
