Text chat for WS-Calendar initial meeting

Hope to see all of you at the meeting (2pm EST today, 919-962-2719 no

Notes on this chat: If you have not saved a cookie previously, you will
start out as "anonymous." Select Settings at the top, enter your name.
I suggest setting timestamps in the display, then save your settings.
Clicking on the hand on the lower right "raises your hand" during
discussions.

This mechanism is used for a number of other OASIS TCs, and is useful
for minutes, questions, and queue management. I plan on taking meeting
notes in the chat.
