TC document repository.  Document Description: Somehow "Save Changes" was unchecked. I have placed comments on all updated text. As usual "with changes" is saved as an earlier version of the same document in this document library.

 5.4 "Mixed Inheritance needs to be discussed and reviewed after our discussion next friday, to take advantage of "vavailability"

 All examples need to be re-done once the schemas are complete, hence I have ingnored complaints about them in this release.
