Adding to the EMIX scenarios
Many of our definitions are one time prices, one time events. A significant use case exists for a regularly repeating series, as in Time of Use  with Tiers currently being used by PG&E

It goes something like

12-9 Tariff Structure 1
9-1 Tariff Structure 2
1-6 Tariff Structure 3
6-8 Tariff Structure 2
8-13 Tariff structure 1

This requires, as I see it,

4 Sequences of fixed duration, one of which has a start time (no date)

Repeats on weekdays until end of month certain. (It could repeat on all days, but I am reaching for the harder case)

Can we prepare an example of this as well?
