Consistent intervals

I think that the use of granularity (which is a duration) in vavailability is the means to do this.

I.e.

Available 2-5:00
Granularity -= Half Hour
Can only schedule integral Half Hours, starting with the Start time (2:00 in this case)

Any objections?
