Rumblings and today's meeting

I hear rumblings that a path forward that unifies the namespaces (with IETF) and meets the OASIS artifact naming conventions has been discovered. I hope that those who worked out the solution come to the meeting with a written proposal for vote that we can use in the artifacts for the public review…
