Motions for today's meeting

Here are three motions I plan to offer at the meeting.
Gerhson, if perhaps you could stay on for a few minutes we can
approve previous minutes after these three motions. I will take
notes so we can have draft minutes as required by the process ASAP.
I believe that this reflects the conclusions from a variety of
discussions over the past few days.
One note: the  namespace document
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/ws-calendar/201103  has the links to
the schemas; there is nothing proposed at this time for that
namespace, just the links and description.
Motion 1:
The Editor is directed to create WS-Calendar Working Draft 19 with
the following specific changes:
[a] The defined namespaces are
    urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:icalendar-2.0
     http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/ws-calendar/201103      [as the
location of the namespace document]
[b] The schemas indicate that the targetNamespace is
    urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:icalendar-2.0
[c] The document text shall be changed as needed to reflect the
urn namespace definition.
Motion 2:
Move to issue WD19 as Committee Specification Draft 03 (CSD03)
together with the Working Draft 19 schemas.
Motion 3:
Move to release Committee Specification Draft 03 for a 15 day
public review.
