Slight modifications to TimeStamp.xsd - was [ws-calendar] Note to self on Schemas

One side-effect of non-standard characters in a referred namespace is that with some schema processors, it not only blocks inclusion, but quiets complaints, and accepts anything that refers to that name-space as legal.

Now that is fixed, it is complaining (correctly) the referred to xcal types are non-existant or mispelled. Correcting those minor issues as part of the name-space fix directed during the meeting on Friday.

If you cut and paste an URN that has been posted into a socially aware web site that has converted :P into a smiley directly into a schema, you get a legal but very odd character string that causes many odd things to happen during schema processing.
