Meeting and Voting again

Hi Toby,

This is regarding following new rule?

“#2 May a TC approve an imaginary/nonexistent WD as CSD/CND?”

For voting we need a  Full Majority Vote , which is more than 50% of the voting members. After the 18 March meeting we have the following 7 voting members:

We need at least 4 voting members on the call to quorate as well as the proposed voting.

I plan to be there.

If you read the notice from the TC Admins, you know that they consider my reign of terror has abused the process by making the changes unanimously requested by the TC. We had planned not to meet this week, taking a breath while WS-Calendar was out for PR.

We now need to meet again, be quorate again, to vote it out. I apologize for the change in plans.

Please show up at the usual time to vote, and we can adjourn immediately after.
