Public review ends Easter Sunday evening...

Several people have sent me email asking whether that was correct.
Per OASIS policies, comments can be submitted at any time, and it
would be gracious for us to accept and process anything in the next
week or so. (or at least through say Thursday next).  And the
comments that can be made at any time...
Thoughts?
