If you note, in the minutes, the chair was directed to package it up sot it works for the TC-ADMIN (first ballot). I’d say fixing the links is part of that .

I’ll bundle it up into a WD12 package, and let you know when it is uploaded.

Hi Toby and TC Members,

I just took a quick look over the WD11 material submitted [1] for publication, and I wanted to mention a point which may help avoid some future delay.

In the two "References" sections, there are fifteen references, but only two provide "live" hyperlinks.  We would like for OASIS publications to provide live hyperlinks where possible.  This is a modification which the TC will need to make in the document - TC Administration cannot do it for you.

If the TC is expecting to move this document to the Committee Specification (CS) stage immediately after this Public Review, then you may wish to make these changes now, before publication and the fifteen-day Public Review period.  However, if you plan for another round of edits before moving to CS, you may just want to include this modification with those later edits.

Our processing queue is short now, so we will begin work on publishing this in the next few days.  Please let us know if you'd like us to put a hold on the publication process so the TC can make the suggested modifications.
