Progress on PIM WD04

In my previous email I mentioned that the recursive type definitions
might be related to DurationValueType, DurationPropType, and related
things. I've since realized that the  duration  used was
xs:duration, and is not suitable for the PIM.  This was part of the
remove remaining XSD artifacts.
There will NOT be a new PIM WD for the meeting on 15 March; we can
discuss solutions to the circularity issues and how to deal with the
duration facets in a platform-independent way that still works with
iCalendar/xCal and XSD.  Some of this is a repeat of earlier notes
and discussions.
My working copy of the model has changes, but it's not ready to
publish until we've worked through these issues.
