Thanks, Bill, This is much improved.

I can still spot some inconsistent LowerCamel and a couple lazy finger typing errors, but I think this is ready to show the public. Several who may want to use it will need this in the next few weeks, so let’s get it out now where it will do some good and attract some interest.

I also welcome a “slow time” to address the numerous problems with streams. When preparing reports of issue resolution, I see streams has numerous issues that are linked to the underlying model. This draft is far enough along that I can “test” it by attempting to link Streams to it.

It came out mighty close to the vote, but I know it will need another PR in any case.
