Modified WS-Calendar Workshop Meeting

This is now a work-shop meeting.

 We had hoped that the PIM would be completed last weekend, and that we could discuss it this week. As I write, it is unclear whether it will be completed by the meeting. Either way, Bill will be there to  talk about the changes, and to weather whatever brickbats we toss at him.

 It is the plan for the PIM to come out this weekend. Numerous folks are waiting for a new lock-down version. I expect to submit an electronic vote early next week. For release of the soon-to-be-current WD as a Committee Spec for Public Review.

 I would push a meeting next week instead, not currently scheduled, but I will be out of pocket and off the air at that time.
