PIM Action 1 WTC - Changes not needed

The PIM document is unchanged from the minor tweaks (eliminating
tagged values and making them annotations) for the valid XMI in the
public review.
That tweak in the Enterprise Architect file does not change the
model.
So using the correct (non-normative)

EAP does not change anything
that is normative.
The next email will be my first on Action 2 considering structure of
recurrences etc, xcal, and PIM.
