Outstanding Jira STRMS

Now that I have updated Streams, I have re-discovered a number of substantial issues in Jira from a prior Public Review. If I recall correctly, these were on hold pending the completion of the PIM, which is no longer an impediment.
Let's discuss them at the next meeting.
