Keeping WS-Calendar Alive

3 out of 4 members of this TC have indicated that we * may * get some more work soon.

No members of the TC have indicated when they would like to meet to discuss the charter.

The other task is re-affirming the officers.

As there seems to be a reluctance to meet until we have actual business, and having seen no reply or objection to the question, we can declare continuing under the charter as is unanimously approved, and with the current officers.

Should any object and request a special majority vote, we can do that. Reply this week to make such a request.
