RE: OASIS Member TC Participation Request

This doesn't seem right. Surely I was a member, but have lost voting
rights due to non-attendance, so I should still be a Member (but not a
Voting Member). Or is this just Kavi mucking things up again.

Anyway, I would like to remain a Member but can't currently commit to 
Attendance sufficient to maintain voting status.
