RE: [ws-rx-editors] Missing section 4 in the PDF version

Odd - I don't have this problem - I
can open it directly from IE and Firefox.  I had to tell firefox to
use OO but after that it worked just fine - no need to save it locally.

The only way to open the .sxw
file is to first save it locally and read it afterwards. Otherwise you
will get an error.

The missing section should be fixed now. 

Dunno about the zip thing - but I think the policy doc has the same issue.
 It might be because Kavi doesn't know about that type of file so
it defaults to zip.

There is a missing section 4 in the PDF version of 03 draft at

I also noticed that the sxw version at 

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-rx/download.php/14547/wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-03.sxw

is a zip file.

The editor's version of the file (in the Editors SC) at 

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-rx-editors/download.php/14575/wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-04.sxw

is fine (does have the right section 4).
