RE: [ws-rx-editors] Before we go to community draft

Title: Before we go to community draft

 

We are NOT seeking public comments for the Committee 
Drafts. We currently do not have a web form for non committee members to submit 
comments. Nor do we have a seperate ws-rx-comments mailing list set up for the 
public to submit comments.

 

I understand the concern that 
we need the Committee Drafts to reflect their correct status. But 
frankly speaking we won't have a CD until the ballot passes. There is a 
chicken-and-egg problem here.

 

Here is what I would like to suggest:

- Let us not make any status related updates to the 
working drafts for now

- After the CD ballot ends and if the ballot passes, we can 
update the status section with approprite text (to be decided, could be baesd on 
the boiler plate below).

AFAIK, I do not know that the ws-rx-comment does 
  not exist  yet.
