Need base document for wsrm-1.1-spec

I need to 
generate the diffs between the CDs and the submission documents. I know where 
the baseline file for wsrmp is ("WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy1.0 Basline.sxw" 
in the "Baseline Documents" folder) but I don't know where the baseline file for 
wsrm is. Doug and Anish, I know you have been generating diffs so what file have 
you been using?
