RE: [ws-rx] Groups - wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-06.pdf uploaded

I just printed this document and it has a three inch margin at the top
of every page. Can that be corrected before we accept this as the next
WD? I suggest correcting it and posting it as a revision to Kavi to this
document and letting the TC know what happened.

This was present in the version you provided us to review. Sorry I
didn't notice it then, it became very obvious when I printed it.
