I think we should first get the next drafts and do
this revision for both of the specs. The deadline for incorporating the
changes is Jan 5th. I suggest we do this after we present the wd to the TC in
case we need to deal with the issues in OO 2.0, not before.

At the F2F we agreed to switch to OO 2.0. The trick is we all have to
do it more or less in sync. That is, once somebody saves one of our artifacts
with OO 2.0 and checks it in, nobody else should ever edit that artifact any
version of OO that is less than 2.0.
So when are we going to upgrade?
