Hey Doug, 

The wsrmp document should be created as a separate wd 03, but for some reason a new branch was not created after it was sent to the tc for review. It seems you included the changes on the 02 draft instead. Let me know whether there was a reason for this, otherwise I will create the 03 from the last 02 publication, put your changes in it in the separate branch and apply i057… 

If you see any issues with this approach let me know.
