Management of creating CDs (and WDs)

Editors!

At the moment we do not have a chief editor. I'm not sure we need one, 
but when it comes to managing and releasing CDs (and possibly even WDs)  
I think it would be valuable to have someone on the hook, sorry I mean 
in charge.

Can I suggest that for CDs we nominate a "release manager" who is in 
charge and responsible for the release? We can then cycle these around 
to spread the workload.

What do you think?
