So 
we (I) promised Paul Cotton we'd get CD-02 out "forthwith". Is there anything we 
need to change with wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-09 or wsrmp-1.1-spec-wd-04 (or the 
schema or the WSDL) before we can publish them as cd-02?
