Can someone please produce another WD for the TC?

I’ve got 16 issues tracked as “done” in
the issue list based on the drafts only accessible to the editors. There are
still another 7 pending issues left to be applied to the specs. The TC still
only has CD3 to look at. Can we please get another WD out to the TC before next
weeks call so we have something current to review?
