Why I don't disagree this is a good idea for the extra call I think the
TC does need to spend some time on this. Particularly if we can quickly
dispense with as many of the editorial issues Doug and I raised. That
would be a very good use of the TC's time IMO.

With all the little nit-picky editorial issues that we need to discuss,
I would suggest that we not waste the main TC's time and just schedule a
call amongst ourselves to work these out. Is Friday good for everybody?
