On our call today the OASIS WS-RX TC voted a new committee draft (CD05) 
and voted to put this forward as a second public review of 15 days. 
There were 35 out of 36 voting members present on the call.

  The HTML-formatted specifications are provided for informational
   purposes only; all comments should be made against the PDF versions,

The TC has asked for the PR to start on Monday 12th Feb and run for 15 
days, ending on the 27th February.
