Getting ready for submission

Assuming that the ballot succeeds, we have to be ready to go with the 
OASIS standard submission. We don't have any free time between the 
ballot and the submission deadline.

To this end, firstly we need the docs from the ballot to be updated to 
be called Committee Spec 1 (yes, Dug, I know you had them like that 
before!).
Secondly, I guess we need Robin to ensure that all the correct docs are 
in the right places at docs.oasis.org.
Thirdly, we need to make sure we have no bugs in the RDDL etc.

What have I missed?
