Mary's email below suggested using "14 June 2007" as
the date for OASIS standard versions.
Mary, would you be ok with the use of "15 June" (as
applied by Dug) or you have any specific reasons for sticking to "14
June"?

I've uploaded a new version of the docs into an
OS01 directory. I've made the following changes:
- accepted all changes
- s/11 April/15 June/g

s/Committee Specification/OASIS Standard/g
Please review the word docs to make sure I didn't miss
any of those search terms or whether I needs to add additional search
criteria.
Later tonight (flying back
to the US today), if no one noticed anything odd, I'll produce the PDF, diff
and HTML versions and make them
available.

Dear editors,
Can we be prepared with the updated
specification files in anticipation of the ballot closing (today)
successfully. Looking at the current voting, such a preparation might not
prove to be wasteful.

The ballot will
close at 11:45pm on 14 June. Should the ballot pass I will announce the result
to the membership on the 15th. The only thing I will need after that is an
updated copy of the specification files noting the status as OASIS Standard
with a date of 14 June 2007 and the other typical updates to cover page
information and running footers.
