RM/RMP/MC Errata

All,

 I've uploaded the errata into
the  OS1e1 folder.  In particular the errata's links are:

Mary - can you look at the erratas for
RM and MC?  I did something slightly different in there for the font
change. The TC seemed to think that we'd be ok with a generic statement
about the change rather than a line-by-line statement (which could get
very verbose and cumbersome).

Editors, please look thing over.  Watch
for bad footers and hrefs.
