Mary 

  attached are new RDDL files for WSMC and WSRMP.  I fixed the
title for MC and in both I also fixed some of the hrefs.  They were
pointing to .../ws-rx/wsrm...  instead of ..../ws-rx/wsmc... and .../ws-rx/wsrmp...
respectively.  So the current links didn't work.

  Yes, that’s fine. Just send me the new file. Since it’s basically

 Gil just pointed out to me that the title of the web page at: http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsmc/200702

says "OASIS Web Services Reliable Messaging Protocol Specification".
 It should talk about MakeConnection instead - clearly a typo. Since
this just changes the RDDL file can we make this update w/o the TC having
to vote on it - they never really vote on RDDL changes (I think)?
