Request TC Admin to start a Committee Specification Ballot

The TC on its call today moved to request the TC Administrator to start 
a Committee Specification vote on the following three documents

WS-ReliableMessaging 1.2
WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy 1.2
WS-MakeConnection 1.1

In addition to adopt a "Designated Cross-Reference Change" as part of 
the WS-RX Committee Specification Approval, which includes:
(a1) The list of other OASIS specifications (including version number) 
referenced by WS-RM 1.2 and WS-MC 1.1 and whose cross-references should 
conditionally be updated are:
WS-Security Policy 1.3
WS-Trust 1.4
WS-SecureConversation 1.4
The list of the other OASIS specification (including version number) 
referenced by WS-RMP 1.2 and its cross-reference that should 
conditionally be updated is:
WS-Security Policy 1.3
(a2) The list of other OASIS specifications (including version number) 
referenced by WS-MC 1.1 and whose cross-reference should conditionally 
be updated are:
WS-ReliableMessaging 1.2
WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy 1.2
(a3) The list of other OASIS specifications (including version number) 
referenced by WS-RMP 1.2 and whose cross-reference should conditionally 
be updated is:
WS-ReliableMessaging 1.2
(a4) The list of other OASIS specifications (including version number) 
referenced by WS-RM 1.2 and whose cross-reference should conditionally 
be updated is:
WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy 1.2
(b) This is set forth in the Designated Cross-Reference Change in the 
OASIS TC Process in Section 2.19.
(c) This TC acknowledges that approval and publication of the 
specification may be delayed by the Designated Cross-Reference Changes.

The TC would like this to be balloted electronically and to run for 14 days.
