Use [1] for one-way, anonymous client scenarios (1.1 and 1.2),
[2] for one-way, addressable client scenarios (1.4), [3] for request-reply,
addressable client scenarios that use Offer (2.1) and [4] for request-reply
addressable client scenarios which do not (2.2). We don’t currently have
endpoints up for 1.3 and 2.3.
