Better yet, I'd suggest uploading such things to the document
repository that is intended for this purpose, so that all materials
are in one easily viewed and managed location. (Have you ever tried
to search the email archives for an attachment?)

The folder named "Contributions" will accept uploads and revisions
from any TC Member, with automatic notification.
