RE: [ws-rx] August weekly calls

I disagree. It seems the list is now starting to get a good amount of
discussion going and with so little time before the F2F in September
skipping two calls doesn't seem like a good thing to do. We should keep
the momentum we've got.

If people are out long enough to be concerned about their voting status
they can always avail themselves of the option to use their one leave of
absence from the TC per year.

Unless there is significant objection, there will be no WS-RX calls on
August 18th and August 25th. A large number of people on annual leave at
that time. However, unless we hear rumours that they won't be quorate,
there will be calls on August 4th and 11th.
