RE: [ws-rx] Groups - New Action Item #0009 Suggest Email Template for Propo...

Since the minutes of the meeting cover the details of AI updates
(closed, opened new, etc), the automated notifications from Kavi are
sort of redundant. 

Unless I hear otherwise, I am fine with turning off the automated
notifications. Tom, could you please uncheck the option for "Notify the
group about this change" whenever any AI modifications are made.
